In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, I inform you that:

The data subject has the right to access the content of their data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent to their further processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing (if processing takes place on the basis of consent), which was carried out on the basis of consent expressed before its withdrawal.
  3. Your personal data may be processed for the purpose of implementing the subject of cooperation specified in the concluded agreement on the basis of Art. 6 of the GDPR, i.e.:
    • a) the data subject has consented to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes;
    • b) processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or to take action at the request of the data subject before concluding the contract;
    • c) processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation incumbent on the controller;
    • d) processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person;
    • e) processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller;
    • f) processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, requiring protection of personal data, override those interests, in particular when the data subject is a child.
  4. The recipients of your personal data are:
    • a) authorized employees of PROTE Technologie dla Środowiska Sp. zoo
    • b) authorized contractors within the scope of the implementation of concluded agreements and the implementation of entrusted tasks, ordered services and supplies;
    • c) entities providing training services;
    • d) entities providing occupational medicine services;
    • e) entities granting employee rights;
    • f) public institutions authorized to conduct inspections in accordance with applicable law;
    • g) ordering parties submitting a request for quotation or tender procedure and potential clients of PROTE Technologie dla Środowiska Sp. zoo;
    • h) as well as recipients of information posted on the websitewww.prote.pl
  5. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization.
  6. Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of their processing (e.g.: termination of the contract or service, archiving).
  7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016;
  8. Providing your personal data is necessary to implement the subject of cooperation. Failure to provide personal data may result in failure to implement the subject of the concluded contract.
