In order to ensure the appropriate level of services provided, including activities in the field of broadly understood environmental technology, as well as to better meet the needs of customers, in PROTE in 2006 the Integrated Quality Management System was implemented and continuously improved, compliant with the requirements of the PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standards, extended by the requirements of PN-EN ISO 14001:2015 and PN-ISO 45001:2018.

- Striving for the expansion of the Company`s operations, understood as maximizing the economic effects that determine the development of the Company and the people employed in it,

- Preventing the spread of contamination in the soil and water environment by properly implementing the contamination removal process,
- Preventing the occurrence of environmental hazards during the use of chemical preparations in the process of water treatment and improvement of the technical condition of the distribution network, in the process of research and elimination of contamination and in the process of lake reclamation,
